Where We Ship To

We currently ship Australia-wide only.
We do not offer international delivery at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping for orders over $250

  • Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $250

Kindly note this is due to the larger nature of our products, some items (such as car seat covers and large dog beds) may be classified as oversized and shipped via courier. 

Where We Ship From

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm (AEST) are processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day (usually Monday).

Processing means we’ve received your order, picked and packed your items, and arranged shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Regional and rural areas may take a little longer.

During busy sale periods, please allow a few extra days for dispatch — we’re working hard behind the scenes to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Express Shipping

We use express delivery whenever possible, at no extra cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

DOG GO is not responsible for missing packages once a proof of delivery has been provided to the correct address. If your order appears delayed or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately at hello@dog-go.co
